Returns and after-sales support
Notify us of a return request within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return postage. If the return is due to a merchant error or a faulty item, AVRELON pays return postage.
For UK and EU consumers exercising their statutory right to cancel, the item must be sent back within a further 14 days after notifying us.
Refunds of standard outbound delivery charges follow applicable law, including UK and EU cancellation rights.
